We Connect & Celebrate Your People

In every business, there are shining star employees who are the heartbeat of the company. These individuals go above and beyond, inspiring others with their passion and dedication. They’re the ones who make customers feel valued and create lasting connections, driven by a genuine care for those they serve. Our Chamber "Business Friendly Faces" (BFF) campaign is all about celebrating these stars – the ones who light up our local businesses and make our community a better place.

Nomination Criteria for Business Friendly Faces (BFFs) Award

To recognize and celebrate the outstanding individuals who exemplify the spirit of customer service and dedication within our business community, nominations must meet the following criteria:

  1. Chamber Member Employment: The nominee must be employed by a business that is an active member of the Murray-Calloway County Chamber of Commerce in good standing.
  2. External Nominations: Nominations must be submitted by individuals outside the nominee’s business or company. Self-nominations or nominations from colleagues within the same business will not be accepted.
  3. Non-Owner/Non-CEO Nominees: The nominee cannot be the owner, CEO, or a member of the executive leadership of the company. This award is intended to celebrate employees who excel in customer-facing roles.
  4. Customer-Focused Role: The nominee must be employed in a customer-facing role, where their primary responsibilities involve directly interacting with clients or customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  5. Exemplary Service: The nominee should consistently demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude, and a commitment to going above and beyond to serve customers, embodying the values of hospitality, professionalism, and care.
  6. Community Impact: Preference may be given to individuals who have made a significant impact not only within their business but also in the local community through their dedication, customer service, and community engagement.
