Coming Up Around Town: Pickin’ for Playhouse, an outdoor music fest, is scheduled for April 19 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the Playhouse lawn.  Tickets are $7 in advance, $10 show day and free to children 12 and under with an adult.  A variety of music will be featured throughout the day with food from the Big Apple Café available.  For tickets call 270-759-1752 for more information.

Seniors from CCHS participated with Junior Achievement led by volunteer Lisa Satterwhite. The students learned about the role of the Chamber of Commerce in Murray and had five lessons on personal finance including; saving, investments, credit discipline, budgeting and money management.
